Aliens??, ”Divine” Gender Energies, and Self-Esteem

Do ALIENS exist? Can the existence of other created beings fit into a Biblical worldview? Or, does this land strictly in the realm of the New Age? Speaking of New Age, what should we make of teachers and counselors teaching about "divine" masculine and feminine energies? Can this fit under the Christian banner or is it fringe? Lastly, also fitting with the pop-psy theme, what are we to make of the self-esteem movement? Are statements like, "I am enough" helpful, or does this work against the message of the Gospel?
